Returns Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Style Sanctuary.  However, we do understand that occasionally you may need to return goods to us.  We've set out below the main reasons why goods tend to be returned.  Please follow the returns process which you feel applies to you.  This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Unwanted Goods to Style Sanctuary
In the interests of health and hygiene and for the protection of our customers, earrings, pierced jewellery and body jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy unless they are faulty.

  • To arrange the return of an item, please email us at sales@stylesanctuary.com  
  • Goods must not be returned without prior agreement from Style Sanctuary.  Please  contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must then be returned to us within 28 days of delivery for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different item.  We will not accept returns or exchanges after this period.  This is in addition to the Distance Selling Regulations.
  • You will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an unwanted item.  We recommend that you use a traceable postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
  • The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our premises.  Please make sure that you package your return carefully to prevent any damage to the item.  Style Sanctuary will not be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. 
  • In all cases, the item must be returned unworn, resaleable and with all included accessories.  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
  • We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the goods.

 
Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please read the information below.

  • To arrange the return of a faulty or damaged item, please email us at sales@stylesanctuary.com  
  • Faulty or damaged goods must not be returned without prior agreement from Style Sanctuary.  Please  contact us within 14 days of delivery.  The item must then be returned to us within 28 days of delivery.  We will exchange or refund the faulty item and refund the cost of returning the item to us. 
  • Faulty or damaged goods should be returned to us by Royal Mail Signed For.  We will not accept additional charges for other courier services or other Royal Mail services.  International customers should return goods to us using your country's national postal service. We recommend using an insured and traceable postal service.  Please note, we will not accept additional charges for other courier services. 
  • The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our premises.  Please make sure that you package your return carefully to prevent any damage to the item.  Style Sanctuary will not be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. 
  • All goods will be inspected on return.  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we determine that the item is not damaged or faulty.
  • We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the goods.
